This has been a long week. Glad it's almost over. BabyBug is too.
Things the Bug did for the first time this week (and maybe some of it was last week... it's all starting to run together):
-teether biscuit (she thought it was such fun, and so yummy... it was rather disgusting to watch).
-oatmeal.
-played dress-up with summer clothes and tried on all four of her bathing suits (in preparation for our upcoming Florida trip!).
-splashed in the bathtub.
-tried real bites of bananas, not the strained kind, but little smushed up bits... which big drama queen gagged on and thought they were disgusting, even though she loves the Gerber kind- but, still, she tried them.
-and the biggest one yet... regular formula! She only gets about 3 bottles of formula a week, but we also use it to mix in her cereal, so we're really excited that there won't be anymore of hypoallergenic $25+ A CAN, stuff. We're using the regular kind in our cereal!
Important things to do today:
-Find a bathing suit for ME (aaakkk!) for that trip to Florida.
-Meet Daddy for lunch.
-Teach BabyBug to change her own diapers.
-Plan a shower for Aunt Lori. Or at least get the invitations done.
