Fab Weekend

I had a fabulous weekend. I'm just now getting around to telling you all about it, but it was fabulous. Friday night we went on a triple date with the Medleys and the Groves. Super fun. If you need pictures of that, there are some over at the Grove's.

Then, bright and early Saturday morning Kristi and I took Stacy to get facials at the Aveda salon at the Castleton Mall. This was AMAZING. Go, and do this... it is so worth it. Since they are a beauty college we got hour-long-facials-and-they-massaged-my-feet-and-arms for $38 bucks. You need one. You really do. (Now don't look too close at the picture because we're all greasy and freshly facial-ed.) The true purpose of the day was to get Stacy all registered for her upcoming arrival. So we spent a good part of the day at Babies R Us, where Kristi and I gave her our many varied opinions on all the gazillion types of baby gear out there. It was really interesting- on some things we were like night and day, but on others we were in total agreement. I felt a little bad for poor Stacy, because it was a bit overwhelming for me... it had to be a lot overwhelming for her. But in our defense, she said she wanted both sides- and boy she got it!
