Weekend Update

We spent this past weekend racing around northern Indiana and Michigan. You know, we're going to have to slow down- but not yet. :-) On Friday we drove up to South Bend to see our good friends Jon and Erin, their new house, their two doggies and celebrate Jon's birthday. Happy Birthday Jon! You're old!

On Saturday morning the four of us packed into the new Jeep and drove up to Kalamazoo-area, Michigan to see a soccer game and celebrate Jon's birthday with his family (pictures above). Jon's parents have quite the little farm, and we had a delicious cookout and picked strawberries afterwards! Then, Erin, Kim & I left the boys in MI and drove back to Michigan City, IN to pay homage to the outlet malls. We managed to spend a good 3.5 shopping and come rolling home to Jon & Erin's in South Bend by about 9:30. Needless to say, it was a fun and wonderful day- but my pregnant feet were tired! They started to swell and look like Big-Foot. I tried to stay up and play games with everyone, but I ended up asleep on the couch for the rest of the evening. :-)
