Weekend Getaway

We spent last weekend at the most beautiful ranch in French Lick, Indiana with Justin's side of the family. His parents' rented a cabin and brought their horses, and we all went down to ride and celebrate Aunt Lindsey's (who was home from California!) birthday.

Things we did (in no particular order):

Gazed at beautiful scenery.

Had some brotherly bonding time.

Had a little extended family bonding time.

Banged on things... including cousin Dub.

Had a little BellyButton storytime with Aunt Lindsey (aka A. Lollipop).

Celebrated a birthday.

Relaxed.

Hot tubbed, and got a great full-frontal hug.

Giggled.

Sat on her very FIRST horse. (This lasted approximately 17 seconds, while Moo-moo -that's grandma- and Mom were secretly freaking out.)

Did some grown-up horseback riding.

Had a nice dinner out.

But maybe not as nice for Bug...

Had a really WONDERFUL time. Could have used about two more days.
