1. Today I turn 27.
2. 27 is Starbucks for breakfast. Yatz for lunch. And Fogo de Chao for dinner. Oh.my.food.coma.
3. 27 is highlighting my hair. (Because there are a few grays poking out. Now don't you go telling anyone! This is our little secret!)
4. 27 is mommyhood, a new job, and lots more responsibility. Quite possibly where the new gray hairs are coming from?
5. 27 is very old. It's not just the twenties anymore, now it's the staring 30 directly in the face and laughing at it. Maybe it's the wisdom that comes with ripe old age, but 27 doesn't seem nearly as rough as 26 was.
6. 27 is on July 29th. Which is many things, notably the day Princess Diana and Prince Charles got married. But July 29, 2008 is going to also be the birthday of a dear friend's new little one. It's a great day to be born, Baby G!
7. 27 is about 827 pounds lighter than 26 was. And man does that feel great.
8. 27 is spoiled rotten. Is it seriously legal to spoil your wife after you have children? I'm not complaining, just asking if its kosher. :)
9. I'm really looking forward to 27.
