Look what fun we woke up to this morning. Our basement had about 6 inches of standing water in it. Oh and the fun little dots floating in the water? That's dog food. :)
It's draining now. Hopefully we can get it all dried out. I did rescue the stroller, baby swing, and bouncy seat (all down there for storage) before that were totally submerged. But there's a whole storage room of Christmas stuff and other things that we still have to see about.
Lets just cross our fingers that there isn't another three inches in a hour anytime soon.

I know how you are feeling, we woke up the day we were having a bunch of people over with a flooded kitchen and laundry room. The water softner hose came out of the drain and leaked everywhere. The joys of owning a home...hopefully not everything is ruined...good luck!
