I've had multiple requests to post this recipe on the blog, so I'm finally getting around to it... I used some variation of this easy marinade on almost everything we grill in the summertime. You can add a little more or less of whatever you like, just keep the ratio of the first three ingredients the same and it will turn out great on veggies, chicken, and anything else you can dream up!
Herbed Marinade
2T olive oil
2T soy sauce
2T Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2T dried parsley
1/2t. rosemary
1/2t. sage
1/4t. oregano
1/4t. thyme
1/4t. pepper
Combine ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add sliced vegetables for grilling or chicken. This amount makes enough for about 4 chicken breasts. Marinate in the refrigerator for as little as 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Thanks! I will definitely be using this sometime soon (as soon as this semester is over and I have time to breathe again).
