Groundbreaking!

Yesterday was my very first Groundbreaking ceremony. South Madison School Corporation (that project that has consumed my life for the last year and a half) had their groundbreaking ceremony for the New Middle School we designed last night. We received bids for the project last week, and all the numbers were right where we want them - under budget! It's been an exciting week for us at the office as well as for the School Corporation - now we can't wait to see this project get built! The "diggers" include the South Madison School Board, Administration and Building Corporation.
Just wanted to share this really cool shovel. Only an architect or a construction manager would have a gadget like this...
